Efficiently associating relevant documents with user profiles enhances data organization, accessibility, and compliance in Teamflect. You can upload and manage attachments directly from the Active Users section in the Teamflect Admin Center.
Step-by-Step: Uploading Files to User Profiles
Step 1: Access the Admin Center
Open your browser and go to 👉 https://admin.teamflect.com
Log in with your Microsoft credentials
Step 2: Navigate to “Active Users”
From the left-hand menu, click on “Users”
Then select “Active Users” to view the current user list
Step 3: Open the Attachments Panel
Find the “Attachments” column next to each user
Click on “No attachment” or “X number of attachments”
Step 4: Add or Remove Attachments
In the pop-up window:
You can also remove previously uploaded files
Step 5: Set File Visibility Permissions
Choose who should be able to view the attachment in the user’s Teamflect profile:
✅ User, the user's manager, and admins
👥 Only managers and admins
🔒 Admins only
🚫 Only visible in Admin Center (only in the Admin Center)
To the user, the user's manager, and the admins
Managers and admins (users' managerial hierarchy and Teamflect administrators)
Admins only
Only visible in Admin Center (The attachments are only visible in the ''Active Users'' section in your Admin Center)
Step 6: Click on the ''Add'' Button to Upload Files
Step 6: Finalize Upload
After confirming the file and visibility settings, click “Add”
Use “Done” or the “X” at the top right to close the window
Your document is now saved and accessible according to the visibility preferences you set.
