Uploading files to user profiles in Teamflect helps managers and admins organize important documents in one place. These files remain securely stored and accessible to authorized roles, but only People Managers and Teamflect Admins can use this feature.

Step-by-Step: Uploading Files
Step 1: Go to the User's Profile
Click the user’s name from the Home Page, or
Search for the profile using the search bar
Step 2: Locate the Upload Section
Step 3: Select Visibility and Upload
Choose who can access the file:
Employee, employee's manager, and admins
Employee's manager and admins only
Admins only
Select the file from your device
Click Open → The file will appear in the upload section
The uploaded file will show the name of the person who updated the file, when it was uploaded as well as the visibility of the file:
⚠️ Deleted files cannot be recovered. If removed, they must be re-uploaded.
