How to Activate Automated 1-on-1 Meeting Suggestions in Teamflect

Teamflect's automated 1-on-1 meeting suggestions help managers maintain regular check-ins with their direct reports, dotted-line reports, and focus people.

When enabled, Teamflect sends suggestions through the Teams bot when a 1-on-1 meeting has not been detected within the preferred timeframe configured by your administrator. This guide explains how to enable the feature and configure the meeting frequency.

How to Activate Automated Suggestions

Step 1: Access the Admin Center

Step 2: Go to the Meetings Module

From the left-hand navigation menu, click on the “Meetings” module.

Step 3: Enable the Feature

Find the setting labeled “Enable 1-on-1 meeting suggestions”
Click the toggle to turn it on.

Once enabled, Teamflect monitors 1-on-1 meeting frequency and prompts managers to schedule meetings when the preferred timeframe has been exceeded.

What Happens When the Setting Is Enabled or Disabled?

Enabled (ON)	Teamflect monitors meeting frequency and sends suggestions through the Teamflect bot in Microsoft Teams when a 1-on-1 meeting has not been detected within the preferred timeframe.
Disabled (OFF)	Automated 1-on-1 meeting suggestions are turned off. Managers will no longer receive these automated prompts through this feature. They can still schedule 1-on-1 meetings manually in Teamflect.

📌Note: This setting controls automated suggestions. It does not prevent managers from scheduling meetings manually. Users may also have separate notification preferences that affect the meeting notifications they receive.
