Teamflect provides smart reminders and automated suggestions to help you maintain regular 1-on-1 meetings. If these notifications are no longer needed or your meeting cadence is already well established, you can easily adjust or disable them to better fit your workflow.
How to Disable 1-on-1 Notifications
Step 1: Open Your Settings
Click on your Profile photo on the top-right portion of the Teamflect app and select "My settings".
Step 2: On the "My settings"tab, scroll down to the “Notifications”
Find the toggle next to the Meetings module.
Switch the toggle off to disable all meeting-related notifications.
If you keep it on, you can still choose to receive:
1-on-1 meeting reminders
Weekly 1-on-1 suggestions
HR-Focused Use Cases
1. Reduce Alert Fatigue for Seasoned Managers
Experienced managers with established 1-on-1 cadences may prefer to mute reminders while still tracking meeting outcomes.
2. Temporary Leave or Transition
Employees on extended leave or changing roles can pause suggestions while maintaining calendar sync.
3. Customizing Engagement for High Autonomy Teams
HR can offer flexibility to teams that prefer self-driven check-ins without automated nudges.
Final Thoughts
Teamflect’s meeting suggestions are designed to improve communication and consistency — but we understand one size doesn’t fit all. With flexible notification settings, users can take full control over how and when they engage with their 1-on-1 meetings.
Encourage users to periodically review their settings to match their current working style or responsibilities.
