How to Set Your Preferred 1-on-1 Meeting Frequency in Teamflect

Teamflect allows you to define how frequently you'd like to meet with your direct reports or focus people. By setting a preferred cadence, you ensure consistent communication and prevent long gaps between meaningful check-ins.

If no 1-on-1 is detected in your calendar within the selected interval, Teamflect will automatically send reminders to help you stay on track.

How to Set Your 1-on-1 Frequency

Step 1: Go to User Settings

Click on the Profile Picture located at the top right corner of the Teamflect app and click "My Settings"

Step 2: Set Your Frequency

Locate the 1-on-1 Frequency option and choose your preferred interval from the dropdown menu (e.g., Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly).

Once saved, Teamflect will begin tracking your calendar and will remind you if a meeting hasn’t been scheduled within the selected timeframe.

Additional Notes:

  • You can set a different frequency for your direct reports and focus people if needed.

  • The minimum value is weekly, and you can extend it to a maximum of 12 weeks depending on your role and responsibilities.
