As a Teamflect administrator, you can configure meeting visibility to simplify the user experience across your organization. The “Show Only 1-on-1 Meetings” setting filters out group and team meetings, allowing users to focus only on personal, development-driven interactions — especially useful in coaching, performance management, or mentoring-heavy environments.
Follow the steps below to enable this feature from the Admin Center.
Step 1: Access the Admin Center
Begin by opening your web browser and navigating to the Teamflect Admin Center at https://admin.teamflect.com.
Step 2: Locate the Meetings Module
Once you're logged in, you will land on the Admin Center dashboard. Look for the "Meetings" module, located in the left-hand navigation menu. Click on "Meetings" to access its settings.
Step 3: Find the "Show Only 1-on-1 Meetings" Setting
Within the "Meetings" module, you'll find various settings that you can configure. Scroll down or navigate through the tabs until you locate the setting named "Display 1-on-1 Meetings Only" and toggle the button.
✅ Once enabled, all users will see only 1-on-1 meetings in their Meetings view. Team meetings will be excluded by default.
Important Behavior Notes
If the setting is enabled by an admin, end users will not see or control the toggle within their own app interface
If the setting is disabled, users will have the option to toggle “Show only 1-1 meetings” themselves from within the Meetings module
To disable this filter in the future, simply return to the Admin Center and toggle it off.
