When you log in to Teamflect, it asks for some permissions and Calendar access is one of them. When you permit Teamflect, it starts fetching your calendar data to identify your 1-on-1 meetings.
Teamflect classifies meetings with only 2 participants as 1-on-1 meetings and displays them on your Teamflect Homepage. If you have 1-on-1 meetings with your manager, direct reports, your focus people, or other people, those 1-on-1 meetings will be shown in the homepage.

If you have 1-on-1 meetings with other people (not your direct report, manager or focus people), they will be displayed under the section "People with 1-on-1 meetings".
If you want to track your 1-on-1 meetings and the outcomes of those meetings with any of these people in the "People with 1-on-1 meetings" list, you can click the "Add to focus" button to add them to your focus people list.
