In Teamflect, you can efficiently manage instant calls using the Meetings module without cluttering your Outlook or Teams calendars. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to utilize this feature:

Accessing Instantly Scheduled Meetings

Navigate to a team member's profile using the "User Search" or the "My People" tab on the Home page.

Scheduling an Instant Meeting

Next to the team member's name, click the "New 1-on-1" button.

Choose the "Instant 1-on-1 (Not synced with Outlook)" option.

Setting Up the Meeting

In the pop-up window, specify the participant(s), meeting title, duration, and talking points.

Starting the Meeting

Click "Start" to initiate the dummy meeting in Teamflect.

Utilizing Meeting Features

Once on the meeting page, utilize the various sections to set the agenda, take notes, assign tasks, and upload attachments.

Important Notes

  1. Instantly scheduled meetings won't appear in your Outlook or Teams calendars, keeping them clutter-free.

  2. Your notes will be accessible within the Notes module for future reference.

  3. You will see the instantly scheduled meeting on the other participant's Teamflect profile, even though it's not synced with Outlook.
