Overview

Teamflect provides 8 core modules: Tasks, Goals, Reviews, Recognition, Feedback, Surveys, Notes, and Meetings.

Admins can enable or disable any of these modules to create a setup that best matches organizational needs, policies, and workflows.

How to Manage Module Visibility

Step 1:

Visit your Admin Center at https://admin.teamflect.com. You will see individual sections for each Teamflect module.

Step 2:

Locate the module you want to manage. Use the toggle button next to it to enable or disable the module centrally for your organization.

HR Use Cases

  1. Performance Management Customization
During off-cycle periods, HR may disable Reviews or Feedback to direct focus solely toward goal-setting and tracking.

  2. Onboarding Simplicity
New hires can be introduced to Teamflect gradually by enabling only Tasks and Meetings, reducing complexity.

  3. Compliance & Policy Control
In audit or policy-sensitive periods, the Notes module can be disabled to prevent storing informal or sensitive discussions.

Final Thoughts

The ability to enable or disable modules ensures that Teamflect remains flexible and aligned with your organization’s priorities. Whether simplifying onboarding, focusing on specific performance cycles, or ensuring compliance, this setting helps admins tailor the platform to what matters most.

👉 Review your module settings regularly to keep Teamflect aligned with evolving HR strategies.
