Teamflect allows users to upload attachments in various modules to enrich conversations and document collaboration. This feature is available in goal comments, task comments, 1-on-1 meeting notes, and optionally in reviews and user profiles (if permitted).

Allowing File Attachments in Comments and Notes Across Teamflect Modules

Step 1

To enable uploading attachments, first, click on the "Admin Center" button in the bottom left corner of Teamflect.

Step 2

Then find β€œGeneral Settings” and click on it.

Here you can see the "Allow uploading attachment in comments" button. If you activate this button, you can upload attachments in the task, goal comments, and notes section on the 1-on-1 meeting page.

Step 3

When the upload attachment feature is activated, a "paperclip" icon will appear in the comment section. You can upload your files to the comment section by clicking this icon.

βœ… This feature adds helpful context to comments and simplifies knowledge sharing between teammates.

Use Cases

  1. Goal Tracking: Encourage users to upload evidence of goal progress, such as presentations or reports.

  2. 1-on-1 Documentation: Attach discussion points, agreements, or shared resources to meeting notes for future reference.
