Teamflect allows users to upload attachments in comments to enhance collaboration and documentation. This feature can be used in goal comments, task comments, 1-on-1 meeting notes, and optionally in reviews and user profiles (depending on admin settings).

Step 1: Open the Admin Center

Click the Admin Center button in the top-right corner of Teamflect and head directly to https://admin.teamflect.com/

Step 2: Navigate to General Settings

In the Admin Center, select General Settings.

Step 3: Enable Uploads

Find the toggle “Allow uploading attachment in comments.”

  • When activated, users will see a paperclip icon in comment sections.

  • Clicking the icon allows them to upload files into tasks, goals, and 1-on-1 notes.

This feature adds helpful context to comments and simplifies knowledge sharing between teammates.

Use Cases

  1. Goal Tracking
Employees can attach reports, presentations, or evidence of progress directly to goal comments, supporting performance discussions.

  2. 1-on-1 Documentation
Managers and employees can add shared resources, agreements, or notes during 1-on-1 meetings for easy reference later.

Enabling attachment uploads in comments ensures that important resources and context stay within Teamflect, reducing the need for external tools or scattered file-sharing. This feature supports transparent progress tracking, richer feedback, and better documentation across your organization.
