How to Send Recognition for Selected Individuals
Creating the Question:
When designing your survey, review, or feedback templates, include a People Picker question type.
This question type allows you to select one or multiple individuals from a list of team members.
Enabling Recognition Sending:
Beneath the People Picker question, you'll find an option labeled "Send recognition(s) to the selected people when the review is completed."
Check this box to activate the recognition sending feature for the selected individuals.
The system will automatically handle the process upon form submission.
Selecting Recipients:
You can select one or multiple individuals based on the requirements of your survey or review.
Submission and Recognition:
Once respondents complete the survey or review and submit their answers, the system automatically processes the selected individuals for recognition.
