Step-by-Step: How to Send Recognitions Using People Picker

Step 1: Add a People Picker Question

  1. When creating or editing a Review, Survey, or Feedback template, choose the People Picker question type.

  2. This question type lets respondents select one or multiple team members from your organization.

Step 2: Enable Automatic Recognition

  1. Beneath your People Picker question, locate the checkbox:
    “Send recognition(s) to the selected people when the review is completed.”

  2. Tick this box to activate the feature.
