Overview
When creating surveys in Teamflect, you don’t have to send them to everyone at once. You can target specific users based on attributes such as department, location, managerial status, or even their most recent 9-Box evaluation results. This allows your surveys to be more focused, relevant, and impactful for different groups within your organization.
Selecting Respondents
Start the survey creation process as usual.
When prompted to select respondents, choose “Filter users by attributes.”
Applying Filters
In the Filter users by attributes section, you’ll see default filters such as Department, Location, or Managerial status.
To apply a filter, click the dropdown menu next to the attribute you want, and select the desired option.
Adding New Filters
Click “Add filter.”
Choose another attribute type from the user attributes list.
Repeat as needed to layer multiple filters.
Review & Send
After applying your filters:
Review the list of users who match the selected attributes.
Proceed with completing the survey creation process.
The survey will only be sent to those who match your filters.
HR Use Cases
Department-specific feedback: Send engagement surveys only to the Sales department to capture their unique challenges.
Manager vs. employee insights: Filter by managerial status to compare leadership vs. employee perspectives.
Talent development targeting: Use the 9-Box Evaluation filter to follow up with “High Potential” employees for succession planning.
Final Thoughts
Filtering by attributes in Teamflect ensures that surveys reach the right audience. Whether you’re narrowing down by department, location, or performance potential, attribute filters allow HR teams to capture more actionable and tailored insights.
