The 9‑Box evaluation in Teamflect is a powerful tool for assessing employee performance and potential using a two‑dimensional matrix. Managers and admins can view, edit, and create evaluations directly within a user’s profile, making it easier to manage talent calibration, development planning, and succession strategies.

Access to 9-box results is restricted to the individual’s managerial hierarchy and Teamflect admins, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive evaluation data.
