What Is the 9-Box Grid Team View?
The 9-Box Grid Team View helps managers evaluate and visualize their team’s performance and potential side by side. By plotting individuals across these two axes, managers can identify high performers, rising stars, and areas needing support, creating a holistic view of their workforce.

How to Access the 9-Box Grid Team View
You can access the 9-Box Grid Team View in two ways:
Option 1: Through User Search
1. Search for a user
Use the search bar to enter the name of the employee and open their profile.
2. Open the 9-Box Evaluation
In the profile, scroll down a little and locate the 9-Box Evaluation on the left→ See Evaluation.
3. Switch to Team View
In the evaluation screen, select Team View to display the grid for all your direct reports.
Option 2: Through the Home Page (My Team Tab)
Go to the Home page.
Open the My Team tab.
In the 9-Box section, click on an employee’s name to edit or view the history of their evaluation.
What You’ll See in Team View
Direct Reports Overview: A list of your direct reports and their most recent evaluations.
Chronological Evaluations: Access past evaluations for each employee by clicking their name.
Complete Missing Evaluations: For employees not yet evaluated, simply click on their name to complete it directly.
