Steps to Add a 9‑Box Grid
Step 1 - Access Review Templates
To allow the 9-box grid please go to Teamflect Admin Center https://admin.teamflect.com and find "Modules" on the left navigation bar and click the "Reviews" tab.
Step 2 - Access your Review Templates
Click on "Review Templates".
Step 3 - Select or Create a Template
To use an existing template, click Start to begin a review or Edit to modify the template.
To create a new template, click + Create new template at the top of the page.
Step 4 - Enable the 9‑Box Grid
In the Review Result section, activate the Enable 9‑box toggle to include the grid in your template.
Step 5 - Customize the Grid
You can fully personalize the 9‑box grid by editing:
Grid names
Axes labels
Background colors
Levels
Descriptions per grid
Grid size

Add instructions to guide reviewers if needed, and choose whether to make the results visible to the reviewee.

Step 6 - Optional: AI-Assisted Suggestions
If you'd like to also guide reviewers in making more accurate and informed choices for their direct reports you may enable the "AI-assisted 9-box suggestion'' setting.
The setting uses performance and average ratings, along with the review content, to suggest the most suitable selections.
By enabling this feature, reviewers can receive intelligent suggestions, making the evaluation process more meaningful and efficient.
