Teamflect allows admins to remind users who have been invited but haven't signed up yet. With the sign-up reminder feature, you can filter recipients by user attributes such as department, location, country, job title, or manager instead of sending a reminder to everyone at once.
This makes it easier to manage targeted or phased rollouts and reach the right employees at the right time.
How to Send a Sign-Up Reminder to Selected Users
As a Teamflect Admin, you can send sign-up reminders to users who haven't signed up yet by following these steps:
Step 1: Open Active Users
Go to the Teamflect Admin Center and select Active Users under Users from the left-side menu.
Step 2: Click "Send Reminder"
In the Active Users section, locate the Not Signed Up area in the top-left corner. This shows the number of users who haven't signed up yet.
Click Send Reminder to start sending sign-up reminders.
Step 3: Choose Who Should Receive the Reminder
After clicking Send Reminder, you can choose who should receive the sign-up reminder. Teamflect provides two options:
All Invited Users
Select All invited users to send the reminder to everyone who has been invited but hasn't signed up yet.
Filter by Attribute
Select Filter by attribute to target a specific group of users. You can filter users based on one or more attributes, such as:
Department
Location
Country
Job title
Manager
You can also combine multiple attributes to narrow down the recipient list. For example, you can select a specific department and location to send reminders only to users who match those criteria.
This option is especially useful for phased rollouts, allowing you to remind users from a specific department, location, or business unit instead of sending reminders to everyone at once.
Step 4: Review and Adjust the Recipient List
After selecting your filters, Teamflect displays the users who match your criteria.
Review the list before sending the reminder and make any necessary adjustments.
You can:
Once you're happy with the list, you can add a note for the invitees if needed. Then, click Confirm to send the sign-up reminder to the selected users.
Note: The sign-up reminder feature works with both Manual and Security Group license management. This allows admins to send targeted reminders regardless of which license management method their organization uses.

Beneficial Use Cases
1. Phased Rollouts
If you're rolling out Teamflect gradually, you don't have to remind everyone at once. For example, you can send reminders to users in one location, department, or business unit at a time.
2. Targeted Adoption Campaigns
If a specific department or group needs to complete their Teamflect sign-up, you can filter users based on their attributes and send reminders only to that group.
3. Follow-Up with Specific Managers or Teams
You can use the Manager attribute to identify employees reporting to a specific manager and remind only those users who haven't signed up yet.
4. Maintain Control Over Reminders
The review step allows admins to make final manual adjustments before sending, ensuring that the reminder reaches exactly the users you want to contact.
