Personalize the “Hello, [User's Name]” Text Color on the Teamflect Home Page

If you’re using a darker background image on the Teamflect Home page, the default greeting text color ("Hello, [User's Name] 👋") might not offer enough contrast. With this setting, admins can customize the text color for a more readable, branded, and accessible user experience.

Step 1

Visit the General Settings section in your admin center.

Step 2

Scroll to the “Text color for home page” setting.

Enter the desired hex color code (e.g., #FFFFFF for white, #FFD700 for gold) into the input box.

The updated text color will apply immediately to the greeting text displayed on the home page for your users.

Beneficial Use Cases

  1. Improved Readability
Ensure the greeting is legible for all users, especially when using dark or branded backgrounds.

  2. Brand Consistency
Use your organization's official brand colors to reinforce identity across the platform.

  3. Enhanced Accessibility
Adjust the color to meet WCAG contrast standards, supporting visually impaired users.
