Teamflect supports tenant-specific branding through Microsoft Teams app customization. This allows your organization to reflect its unique identity by updating how the Teamflect app appears in your Teams App Store environment. Admins can follow the instructions in this article to personalize the app’s name, icon, and other metadata based on your organization’s branding guidelines.

What Is App Customization?
Microsoft Teams app customization lets administrators modify the appearance and branding of apps within their organization’s Teams App Store. You can change properties such as:
App name
App icon
Descriptions and URLs
Accent and outline colors
These customizations make apps easier for your users to recognize and align with your organization’s branding.
Step-by-Step: Customize Teamflect
Follow these steps to apply your organization’s branding to the Teamflect app within Microsoft Teams:
1. Sign in to Microsoft Admin Center
Go to https://admin.microsoft.com and sign in with your admin credentials.
2. Open the Teams Admin Center
In the left navigation, select Teams to open the Microsoft Teams Admin Center: https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/. Or search for Teams:
3. Navigate to App Customization
4. Edit Branding Metadata
Once you have found the Teamflect app:
Select the app and choose Customize (or the pencil/edit icon).
Update the fields you want to customize:

After editing, choose Apply or Save to update the app metadata.
Publish the customized version to your organization’s Teams App Store.
