The Branding page under Settings brings together all app customization options in one place. This makes it easier for admins to manage homepage appearance, company logos, and other branding-related settings.
How to access the Branding page
Head over your Admin Center đ https://admin.teamflect.com/
Click on Settings > Branding:
What youâll find in the Branding page:
1. Change Home Page background image: Change the homepage background image to personalize your Teamflect experience or align it with your companyâs branding. You can upload and set a background image for your own view, or apply the update organization-wide so all users see a consistent, branded homepage.
2. Customize Homepage text color: Match your organizationâs branding or improve readability for your users. This setting allows you to adjust the color of the text displayed on your Teamflect homepage, ensuring a cohesive and accessible visual experience across your platform.
3. Company logo: Admins can display their company logo in the appâs sidebar. To upload or change the logo, click Add company logo.
You can only toggle on the option to display your company logo in your app's sidebar if a company logo has been uploaded.
For Professional Plan users, the option to use the company logo in your email will be available.
4. Custom email domain (đ Professional Plan only): Notification emails can be sent using a custom email domain. If you try to open this setting from another page, you will be redirected to the Branding page for configuration.
5. Custom app (Coming soon): A section for customizing the Teamflect app inside Microsoft Teams is also available here. This feature is currently marked as Coming soon.
â All customization and branding options are organized in one place, so you can easily manage how Teamflect looks and feels for your organization.
Use Cases:
Use Case 1: Branding Rollout for Mergers or Acquisitions
When two companies merge or one acquires another, admins can use the Branding page to quickly unify the visual identity across Teamflect by uploading the new corporate logo, setting a shared homepage background, and aligning text colors. This helps present a consistent brand to all users from day one.
Use Case 2: Seasonal or Campaign-Based Branding
Marketing teams might run internal campaigns or seasonal themes (e.g. âWellness Month,â âYear-End Pushâ) and want the Teamflect interface to reflect that temporarily. Admins can use the Branding page to switch backgrounds or colors for the duration of the campaign and then revert once it's over.
Use Case 3: Accessibility and Readability Adjustments
If users report that homepage text or interface elements are hard to read (due to low contrast or company logo visibility), administrators can reference this article to adjust text color or replace images via the Branding page. This ensures the UI remains accessible for all users while preserving branding integrity.
