You can customize Teamflect email notifications by replacing the default Teamflect logo with your own company logo. This helps create a more personalized and branded experience for your employees.

Steps to Add Your Company Logo
1. Go to the Admin Center
Log in to admin.teamflect.com and open the Settings menu on the left.
2. Open Branding Settings
Under Branding, locate the Company Logo section.
3. Add or Edit Your Logo
Click Edit logo to upload or update your company logo. Make sure your logo is correctly displayed on the preview.
For the best results, please ensure your logo fits within a 45px by 167px area.
Only JPG or PNG images with a max size of 500Kb.
4. Display Your Logo in Emails
Turn on the toggle Display your logo in emails to replace the default Teamflect logo with your company logo in all outgoing email notifications.
Once enabled, all Teamflect email notifications sent to your users will display your company logo instead of Teamflect’s, helping maintain a consistent brand identity across all communication channels.
