Display Company News and Culture with Custom Blocks on Your Teamflect Homepage
Teamflect enables administrators to personalize the homepage by adding custom content blocks that can highlight company announcements, mission statements, images, or key updates. This feature helps organizations align teams and maintain a unified internal message.
Step 1: Access the Admin Center
Log in to your Teamflect account as an administrator.
Navigate to the Admin Center from your dashboard.
Step 2: Enable Customizable Homepage Blocks
In the Admin Center, go to Settings.
Under General Settings, scroll down until you find the option titled "Enable customizable blocks in Homepage".
Toggle the button next to this option to enable customizable blocks.
Step 3: Customize Your Blocks
Once enabled, you’ll see an "Edit Custom Blocks" button.
Click on Edit Custom Blocks to start customizing your homepage.
Step 4: Add a Custom Block
Press the "Add Custom Block" button.
Choose the type of block you want to add:
Image: Upload an image that will be displayed in the block.
Image & Rich Text: Aside from adding an image, you can also include formatted text, such as company news or mission statements.
If you select Image only, you'll be asked to enter a Block title to name this custom block and upload a single image (not bigger than 4MB)
If you select Image & Rich Text, you'll be able to enter a Block title and the text content, which you can format (example: add quotation blocks, bulleted or numbered lists, and hyperlinks).
To attach an image, you can copy and paste the image into the Content box.
Step 5: Set Block Visibility
Set for Everyone: If you want this block to appear on every user's homepage.
Set for Me: If you want the block to appear only on your homepage.
Step 6: Edit or Remove Blocks
To make changes, go back to Edit Custom Blocks.
You can edit the content or remove blocks as needed.
You can also drag and re-arrange the custom blocks by clicking on the dot grid on the upper-left-hand side of each block:

Customizing your homepage blocks ensures that everyone in your company stays informed and aligned with your company’s goals and news.
