On the Teamflect home page, users can see an overview of their meetings, pending actions, goals, tasks, reviews, feedback, and recognition. However, some users may only use a single module, like Recognition, and find the rest of the home page irrelevant.
If your organization is only using select modules, you can disable the home page to simplify the interface for your users.
Customizing Teamflect’s Home Page Visibility Based on Module Usage
Step 1
Click on Admin Center in the left-hand menu of Teamflect.
Step 2
Select the General Settings section from the menu.
Step 3
Find the toggle labeled "Enable Home Page". Turn this off to remove the Home from the left navigation.
✅ When disabled, users can access only the modules they actively use, resulting in a cleaner and more focused user interface:
Use Cases
Modular Rollouts: When piloting only one module (e.g., Recognitions), disable the home page to reduce clutter for users.
Simplified UI for Targeted Use: Streamline the experience for frontline or seasonal workers who only engage with one Teamflect module.
Custom Training Environments: Remove the homepage for training groups to keep the focus on specific workflows like Feedback or Goals.
