As a Teamflect administrator, you can attach documents or insert links to modules like Goals, Reviews, and Feedback to provide guidance, templates, or relevant materials. These resources will be shown directly within the app inside modules, offering just-in-time internal support for users.
Uploading and Managing Resources in Teamflect for Your Users
Step 1
Go to the Teamflect Admin Center and open the module where you'd like to add a resource. At the top of the module’s page, click the Resources section.
Step 2
On the right side, click “Add New Resource.” A pop-up window will appear.
Step 3: Enter Resource Details
In the pop-up window, you’ll need to provide some information for the new resource:
Resource Title: Enter a title for the resource.
File Type: Choose the file type you want to add—either Document or Link.
Visibility: Under the Visible to section, specify which users will be able to see the resource.
Everyone: All users, regardless of their managerial role
People managers: People with direct reports assigned
Individual contributors: People without any direct reports assigned
Step 4: Save the Resource
Once you have filled out the necessary details, click on the Save Resource button to add the resource.
Resource Visibility in the App
After saving, the resource will be visible to the selected users in the top right corner of the module page in the app.
✅ Resources are context-aware, meaning they’re only visible within the module they’re linked to and only for selected users.
By following these steps, you’ll be able to efficiently manage resources and ensure the right users have access to them in your Teamflect modules.
