Teamflect’s Customized Home Page Background feature allows admins to personalize the look and feel of the application by uploading a custom image (P.S.: Branded colors look way better) to the home page. This can boost engagement, reinforce company culture, or reflect seasonal/internal themes for your organization.
Personalizing the Teamflect Experience with a Custom Home Page Background
Step 1
Open the Teamflect app and navigate to the Admin Center.
Step 2
Click on General Settings in the left-hand menu. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Customize Homepage” button.
Step 3
Click "Change Homepage Background Image", then select an image from your computer to upload.
✅ Requirements: Max file size is 500KB; optimal aspect ratio is 1:5. Uploading images outside of this range may result in display issues.
Step 4
Choose whether the new background image will apply:
Only to your own account, or
To all users in your organization.
You can always revert to the default background later if needed.
Step 5
Return to the Teamflect app and ''Reload app'' (located at the top right, upon clicking the 'ellipsis').
Your customized background should now appear on the home page.
