Share Your 1-on-1 Meeting Link Easily

Teamflect’s 1‑on‑1 meetings make it easy to connect with colleagues and stay aligned on priorities. To simplify scheduling and joining these meetings, you can share a dedicated 1‑on‑1 meeting link with your teammates. This guide walks you through where to find your personal link, how to share it with others, and best practices for using it so meetings start smoothly and securely, without back‑and‑forth scheduling messages.

If You Scheduled the Meeting in Teamflect

When you create a 1-on-1 meeting through Teamflect, the link is automatically pasted into the body of the meeting invite.

Your colleague simply needs to click the link in the invite to access the Teamflect 1-on-1 meeting page directly.

If You Scheduled the Meeting in Outlook

Teamflect still identifies the meeting, but it does not automatically include the meeting link. To share the link manually:

  1. Open the meeting in Teamflect

  2. Click the “Share” button

Two Sharing Options After Clicking “Share”

Option 1: Notify via Email and Teams

  • Teamflect will send:

    • An email

    • A Microsoft Teams bot notification

  • The notification contains a clickable link to the 1-on-1 page

This option is helpful when you want to ensure visibility and create a centralized meeting record.

Option 2: Copy the Link Manually

You can also choose to copy the meeting link and paste it into a direct Teams chat, email, or another communication tool.

When clicked, your colleague will be redirected to the same structured Teamflect meeting page.

HR-Focused Use Cases

1. Simplify Preparation for Performance Reviews

Make it easy for employees to access goals, feedback, or templates before formal review sessions.

2. Standardize Meeting Structures Across Teams

Encourage leaders to always include Teamflect links for better documentation and consistency.

3. Support New Hire Check-ins

Ensure onboarding meetings have structured links so progress can be tracked from day one.

Final Thoughts

Whether your 1-on-1 meeting is scheduled in Outlook or Teamflect, sharing the meeting link ensures both parties land in the right place to collaborate. Use Teamflect’s sharing options to keep communication smooth and focused — no matter where your meeting was booked.
