Encourage Engagement Through Likes and Comments on Recognitions
Recognitions in Teamflect are not just for giving praise, they also allow team members to engage with and reinforce each other’s achievements. By reacting or leaving comments on recognitions, you can acknowledge contributions, add context, and support a culture of continuous appreciation across the organization.
💬 How to React or Comment on a Recognition
Step 1: Open the Recognitions Module
Navigate to the Recognitions module from the left menu inside the Teamflect app.
Step 2: Click on a Recognition Item
Go to the recognition you want, hover over the emoji icon, and click the emoji you’d like to send.
Step 3: Leave a Comment
Click the comment box and type in your thoughts to leave a comment.
Note: No notification is sent when someone reacts or comments on a recognition. The recipient will see your interaction only when they open the Recognitions module.
To remove a reaction, simply click on it again.
To delete a comment, click the bin icon.
📌You can only delete reactions and comments, that you have given.
