Encourage Engagement Through Likes and Comments on Recognitions
Teamflect allows users to not only send recognitions but also engage with them by liking or commenting, reinforcing a culture of appreciation and peer support.
💬 How to React or Comment on a Recognition
Step 1: Open the Recognitions Module
Navigate to the Recognitions module from the left menu inside the Teamflect app.
Step 2: Click on a Recognition Item
Go to the recognition you want, hover over the emoji icon, and click the emoji you’d like to send.
Step 3: Leave a Comment
Click the comment box and type in your thoughts to leave a comment.
Note: No notification is sent when someone reacts or comments on a recognition. The recipient will see your interaction only when they open the Recognitions module.
