Why Use Recognitions in Outlook?

  1. Email-Based Recognition for Busy Managers
Let leaders recognize team efforts during email threads without disrupting their workflow.

  2. Formal Acknowledgment of Project Milestones
Include recognition when responding to milestone announcements, improving visibility and appreciation in written communications.

  3. Recognition in Leadership Communication
Enable directors or execs—who spend more time in Outlook than Teams—to consistently participate in your recognition culture.
