Teamflect offers a Microsoft Outlook add-in to help you stay productive while working from your inbox. This integration allows you to take advantage of Teamflect’s features without switching between platforms.
🛠️ Step-by-Step: Installing the Outlook Add-In
Step 1: Open Microsoft Outlook
Launch the Outlook desktop application on your PC.
Click the “Enhance Outlook with apps” or “Get Add-ins” button from the top ribbon of Outlook.
⚠️ Note: Some organizations may restrict add-in installation. If you're unable to proceed, please contact your IT administrator.
Step 2: Search for the Teamflect Add-In
In the pop-up window, use the search bar in the top-right corner
Type “Teamflect for Outlook”
Step 3: Add the Add-In
Once you find Teamflect in the results, click the “Add” button
After installation, close the pop-up window
✅ You’ll now see Teamflect buttons appear on the Outlook ribbon
After you close the pop-up window, the Teamflect add-in buttons will start appearing at the top ribbon of Microsoft Outlook.
➕ Alternative Method: Install from Outlook’s “Apps” Section
You can also install Teamflect via the Apps section:
1. Go to the “Apps” area in the Outlook interface
2. Search for Teamflect
3. Click “Add” to install, and it will be added to the left rail
4. For easier access, right-click on the logo and select ''Pin.''
