The Teamflect Outlook add-in allows you to access and manage Teamflect features directly from your inbox. By integrating with Outlook, you can create and manage items without switching between applications—saving time and boosting productivity.
Step-by-Step: Installing the Outlook Add-In
Step 1: Open Microsoft Outlook
Launch the Outlook desktop application on your PC.
Click the “Enhance Outlook with apps” or “Get Add-ins” button from the top ribbon of Outlook.
⚠️ Note: Some organizations may restrict add-in installation. If you're unable to proceed, please contact your IT administrator.
Step 2: Search for the Teamflect Add-In
In the pop-up window, use the search bar in the top-right corner
Type “Teamflect for Outlook”
Step 3: Add the Add-In
Once you find Teamflect in the results, click the “Add” button
After installation, close the pop-up window
✅ You’ll now see Teamflect buttons appear on the Outlook ribbon
After you close the pop-up window, the Teamflect add-in buttons will start appearing at the top ribbon of Microsoft Outlook.
Alternative Method: Install via Outlook Apps:
1. Go to the “Apps” area in the Outlook interface
2. Search for Teamflect
3. Click “Add” to install, and it will be added to the left rail
4. For easier access, right-click on the logo and select ''Pin.''
