Overview

Teamflect’s Intranet Organization Search allows employees to quickly discover all available learning materials across the company. Instead of waiting for assignments, end-users can directly access training resources, documents, and links that support their growth and day-to-day work. This ensures learning is both accessible and aligned with organizational goals.

How to View Learning Materials in the Organization

  1. Log into the Teamflect App
Start by signing into your Teamflect account.

2. Go to the Organization Hub
From the top navigation, click on My Organization (this may also appear as Intranet or another custom name chosen by your company).

3. Search or Filter

  • Use the search bar to type in the name of the learning material you are looking for.

  • Alternatively, click on the Learning Materials filter to view all available resources in one place.

4. Refine with Filters
To narrow results, you can filter by:

  • Category (e.g., Communication, Technical Skills, Leadership)

  • Related Competency (linked to your role or required skills)

  • Duration (short reads, full training modules, etc.)

This makes it easy to quickly locate the most relevant resources for your role and development path.

HR Use Cases

1. Centralized Knowledge Hub
HR can provide employees with a single searchable location for all learning resources, ensuring everyone has equal access to development opportunities.

2. Supporting Development Programs
Employees can supplement their competency-based learning by independently discovering additional resources that support their growth.

3. Boosting Engagement and Retention
By making learning materials searchable and visible, organizations encourage continuous development, which drives higher employee engagement and retention.

Final Thoughts

This new capability puts learning directly in the hands of employees. Whether they’re preparing for a new role, deepening skills for their current position, or exploring general growth opportunities, the Organization Hub provides quick, self-service access to curated resources.
