In Teamflect, you can easily view the learning materials associated with your competencies. Follow the steps below to access and explore the learning content linked to your competencies
Accessing Learning Materials for Your Competencies
1. Open Your Teamflect Profile
You can open your profile by either clicking on your profile picture in the bottom-left corner of the screen and selecting Settings & Profile, or by clicking on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the homepage.

2. Find the 'Role Information' Section
Once you're on your profile page, locate the Role Information section.

3. View the 'Required Competencies'
In the Role Information section, scroll down to the Required Competencies section. Here, you'll see competencies linked to your role. You can click on any competency to view more details.

4. Access Learning Materials
After clicking on a competency, a pop-up will appear. At the bottom of the pop-up, you will see the Learning Materials section. If there are files, they will be available for download by simply clicking on them. If there are URLs, clicking the link will open the material in your browser.
