In Teamflect, administrators now can enrich the learning environment by seamlessly integrating learning materials with specified competencies. This functionality is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance professional development and competency management within organizations.

Step-by-Step Guide to Setting Up Learning Materials

Accessing the Learning Materials Section

  1. Navigate to the Admin Center: Start by logging into your Teamflect account and accessing the Admin Center at https://admin.teamflect.com/#/career/learningmaterials.

  2. Select the Career Module: Once in the Admin Center, locate and click on the 'Career' module from the left-hand menu.

Adding New Learning Materials

1. Initiate the Addition Process: Click on the 'Add new learning material' button located at the top left corner of the interface.

2. Choose the Type of Material to Add:

  • Link: If you're adding a web-based resource, select 'Link' and paste the URL into the provided placeholder.

  • File: For document uploads, select 'File' and attach the document from your device. (Max file size is 5MB. Only .ppt, .pdf, .docx, .jpg, .png, .xlsx, .csv file types are supported).

3. Enter Details:

  • Name: Type the name of the learning material in the 'Learning material name' field.

  • Description: Optionally, you can enter a description for the learning material to provide more context to the users.
