In the Career section of the Teamflect Admin Center under Learning Materials, admins can upload and manage resources to support employee development. You can create new materials—either as links (URLs) or files (like PDFs, presentations, spreadsheets)—and provide names and optional descriptions. These resources can be linked to specific competencies, ensuring employees have immediate access to relevant learning aligned with their roles and growth plans.
