Accessing the Career Module
To access the Career Module, navigate to the Admin Center in Teamflect and locate the Career Module section. Within the Career Module, you will find the "Roles (Job Titles)" section.
Creating or Editing Roles: In the "Roles (Job Titles)" section, you have the option to either create a new role for your company or edit existing roles. When adding or editing a role, ensure that you provide all necessary details about the role, including its title, description, and key responsibilities.
Setting Potential Next Roles
After adding the necessary details about the role, you will encounter the "Potential Next Roles" section. Here, you can select one of the available levels of roles to determine the next potential role for employees once they have succeeded in their current position. This feature enables employees to visualize their career progression within the organization.
