Assigning Weights to Competencies
Navigate to the Career Module: Open the Career Module in Teamflect to start assigning weights.
Access the Roles Section: In the Career Module, locate and open the Roles section.
Edit the Role: Identify the role for which you want to assign competency weights. Click Edit to modify the role details.

Using Weights in Reviews
Start a Review: Initiate a review process for the role with the updated competencies.
Competency-Related Questions: Include competency-related questions in the evaluation form, ensuring they align with the competencies and weights defined in the Career Module. Make sure to include them in the Review Results Section too.
