The “Filter by Team” feature allows leaders in larger or more complex organizations to access reviews across all levels of their team structure, not just from direct reports. If your direct reports manage teams of their own, this feature gives you expanded visibility into deeper layers of your org chart.
🧭 This feature is available on the Reviews About My Team tab and appears only when your direct reports manage others.
How It Works
Step 1:
Head over to your Reviews Module and click on your "Reviews About My Team" tab. If any of your direct reports manage teams, you'll see a Filter by Team button at the top of the page.
Step 2:
Click the “Filter by Team” Button. If eligible, a Filter by Team button will appear at the top of the page. Click this button to open a structured view of your org.
Step 3:
You’ll see a list of your direct reports, each with, their photo, job title, number of direct reports. You can click on expand (>) to drill down into their team. You can also click on "See team reviews" to view the reviews of your particular direct report.
Step 4:
Use the Breadcrumb Trail to Navigate. As you move through levels, a breadcrumb trail appears at the top of the view.
Use it to:
See your current path through the team structure
Navigate back to higher levels
View peers at each level using the dropdowns
This update gives you complete visibility into the reviews that matter, no matter how your team is structured. The experience is designed to be intuitive and seamless, with helpful visual elements like hover highlights, tooltips for long titles, and responsive scrolling.
If a selected team member doesn’t have any reviews available, an empty state will be displayed to indicate that clearly.
Whether you’re managing a small team or overseeing multiple layers of leadership, this feature provides the transparency you need to support your people at every level.
