The My Team tab in Teamflect serves as a centralized workspace for team management, collaboration, and performance oversight.
Whether you’re a manager or an individual contributor, this section brings together key information and tools in one place, including team structure, goals, surveys, 1-on-1s, performance reviews, 9-box evaluations, birthdays, recognitions, and more.
Your Team Tab is divided into these sections:
Section 1: Direct Reports, My Manager, and Dotted Line Manager
On the far-left section of the My Team tab, you'll see a visual overview of your team structure. If you're a manager, this area will display your direct reports, and just below that, you'll see your direct manager as well as any dotted-line manager assigned to you.
If you're a team member, you'll see a list of your teammates, along with your direct manager and any dotted-line managers displayed below.
From here, you can also add new team members easily with the invite option or create a new relationship using Add relationship.
Section 2: Upcoming 1-on-1's
This section shows a list of scheduled one-on-one meetings. From here, details include the date, time, and number of talking points already added.
Section 3: Goals
You can track progress on both individual and team goals directly within this section. Each direct report’s progress is displayed as a percentage, along with the date it was last updated.
You can also select which goals you wish to display. You can either select all the active goals or goals within a specific time period.
Section 4: Latest Reviews
You can view the status of performance reviews that are part of the current review cycle. This section also allows you to monitor completion rates, track pending reviews, and check finalization statuses.
You can also select which review you wish to view in the section using the drop-down option on the top-right side, or expand to open all reviews.
Section 5: Latest Survey
This section displays the status of active surveys, such as Pulse Surveys. You can track overall completion progress and identify which team members have not yet completed their responses.
From this section, you can also select a specific survey to view in detail. Additionally, clicking on "See all surveys" will take you to the full Surveys Module for a comprehensive overview.
Section 6: Recognition Leaderboard
This section shows team recognitions and each team member’s leaderboard points. It provides a clear view of who has received recognition and who is leading in points.
Section 7: Birthdays and Anniversaries
This section lists upcoming birthdays and work anniversaries occurring within the next 30 days. It helps managers stay informed and acknowledge important team milestones.
Section 8: 9-Box Evaluations
This section features a talent management grid that evaluates team members based on performance and potential. It shows where each person falls on the grid and includes information on completed and pending evaluations to support coaching, promotion, and development decisions.
From this section, you can also see which team members have already been evaluated and which still need to be reviewed.
This tab is designed to give people managers a complete view of their team's engagement, development, and performance, making it easier to lead with impact.
