The Pending Actions section on the Teamflect Home Page helps you stay on top of tasks, reviews, surveys, and feedback requests. It provides a single view of all actions awaiting your attention, with quick navigation to complete them on time.

What You’ll See in Pending Actions

The dashboard displays all open items that require your input, including:

  • ✅ Surveys assigned to you with upcoming due dates

  • ✅ Feedback requests awaiting your response

  • ✅ Self-reviews that haven’t yet been completed

  • ✅ Reviews where you’re the reviewer (up to 30 days past due date)

  • ✅ Reviews where you act as a collaborator or calibrator with open due dates

  • ✅ Self-assessments requiring completion

👉 Clicking a pending action takes you directly to the relevant page.
👉 If multiple actions are listed, clicking the section opens a consolidated view for managing them all.
