Teamflect makes it simple to track outstanding feedback requests, whether you’ve sent or received them. You can also filter requests by status to quickly identify and act on any pending items.
Step 1: Open the Feedback module
From the left-hand navigation bar, go to the Feedback module.
Step 2: Use the status filter in the top-right corner
In the top-right corner of the Feedback screen, click the dropdown menu labeled Group by.
Select Status from the dropdown options.
Feedback will be automatically grouped into:
Pending – Not yet responded to
Completed – Submitted and finalized
Step 3: Take action on pending items
Review which items are still pending
If you've requested feedback, view your Received tab. Use the Send reminder option to prompt a response. To cancel the feedback, just click Cancel.
If you're providing feedback, click on the Given tab. Click on Provide to give your feedback, or Decline to remove that request from your Pending items:
