For large teams or organization-wide review cycles, adding participants one by one can be inefficient. Teamflect’s bulk upload feature allows admins to upload both feedback providers and receivers through a CSV file, reducing manual effort and ensuring consistent setup.
This guide explains how to perform a bulk upload when creating a new 360-degree feedback cycle.
How to Bulk Upload Feedback Participants
Step 1. Access the Admin Center
Log in to your Teamflect account.
Open the Admin Center.
Navigate to the Feedback Module
Step 2. Start a New 360-Degree Feedback Cycle
Navigate to 360-Degree Feedback Cycles.
Click Start New Cycle.
Select your preferred 360-degree feedback template.
Proceed to the Feedback Receivers step.
Step 3. Download the Bulk Upload Template
Click Download Template.
The Excel file will include required columns:
Provider (email or user ID)
Receiver (email or user ID)
Type (relationship type: Manager, Peer, DirectReport, Self)
4. Fill Out the Template
Enter participant information in the file:
One row per provider–receiver relationship.
Correctly fill in the Type column to define the feedback direction.
Save the file in CSV (.csv) format.
5. Upload the CSV File
Return to Teamflect.
In the designated upload step, click Choose File.
Select and upload your saved CSV file.
Important Notes:
Email addresses or user IDs must match those already in Teamflect.
The Type field must use valid values (Manager, DirectReport, Peer, Self).
You can preview and validate the data before completing the upload.
6. Complete the Upload
Teamflect automatically matches records and populates the participant list.
Review the results for accuracy.
Continue with the remaining cycle setup steps.
