As your organization grows or changes, you may need to adjust your Teamflect license count — whether that means adding new seats for incoming employees or scaling down during restructuring.

Teamflect makes license management simple and transparent through the Admin Center, where you can update license quantities, switch billing cycles, and review invoices instantly.

Step-by-Step: Adjusting Your License Count

1. Go to the Admin Center: Open your browser and navigate to https://admin.teamflect.com/#/licenses to access the Licenses section.

2. Open License Management: On the license information page, you will find the option to manage your licenses. Please click on “Manage Licenses” located on the right-hand side of the page.

Step 2: Modify Your Subscription

  1. Adjust License Quantity

    • Increase or decrease the number of active licenses as needed.

    • The system automatically updates your total billing amount based on the change.

  2. Switch Billing Cycle (Optional)

    • You can toggle between Monthly and Annual billing.

    • Annual plans typically offer savings for long-term commitments.

  3. Review Pricing Summary

    • Before confirming, review the displayed summary for:

      • New license count

      • Updated total cost

      • Effective date of change

Note on Billing Adjustments:

  • Monthly Payments: Changes to the license count on a monthly payment plan will reflect on the next month's invoice.

  • Annual Payments: Adjustments made on an annual payment plan will prompt an immediate generation of a new invoice to reflect these changes.

Step 3: Confirm and Apply Changes

  1. Once everything looks correct, click “Continue” to apply the changes.

  2. The system will process your update through Stripe, Teamflect’s secure billing partner.

At any time, you can revisit the Licenses section in the Admin Center (https://admin.teamflect.com/#/licenses) to view:

  • Current subscription plan (Essential or Professional)

  • Active license count

  • Invoices and payment history
