If you need to cancel your Teamflect subscription, the process can be completed easily through the Teamflect Admin Center.
Step 1: Access the Licenses Section
First, navigate to the Teamflect Admin Center by visiting https://admin.teamflect.com/#/licenses. On the left navigation bar, click on "Licenses" to enter the section dedicated to your organization's licensing and billing.
Step 2: View Your Invoices
Within the "Licenses" section, you will see various options. Click on the "Invoices" link to review your historical and current invoices. This step ensures you are up to date with your billing before proceeding with the cancellation.
Step 3: Initiate Cancellation
Look for the "Cancel Subscription" option in the Invoices interface. Clicking this will lead you to a confirmation window where you can proceed with the cancellation.
Step 4: Confirm Cancellation
You will be redirected to a confirmation page. Here, click the "Cancel subscription" button to finalize the cancellation of your plan.
Step 5 (Optional): Provide Feedback
After canceling your subscription, you may be prompted to provide feedback. We encourage you to share your reasons for cancellation, as this helps us improve our services.
