As your team's needs change, you may find yourself needing to adjust your Teamflect subscription by adding new licenses or reducing the number you currently have. All management of licenses can be done through the Admin Center.

1. Go to the Admin Center: Open your browser and navigate to https://admin.teamflect.com/#/licenses to access the Licenses section.

2. Open License Management: On the license information page, you will find the option to manage your licenses. Please click on “Manage Licenses” located on the right-hand side of the page.

1. Modify License Quantity: Once in the management area, you can either increase or decrease the number of licenses. Select the appropriate option based on your needs.

2. Change Billing Cycle: Decide if you want to switch between Monthly and Annual billing cycles. This choice will depend on your budgeting preferences and the potential savings from longer-term commitments.

3. Review Changes and Pricing: After making adjustments, a summary of the new configurations and the updated pricing will be displayed. It's important to review this information to ensure everything is correct before proceeding.

4. Confirm Changes: Once you have reviewed the new setup and pricing, click the “Continue” button to apply the changes to your subscription.

View Subscription Information: You can access detailed information about your updated subscription at any time. Just visit the Licenses section in the Admin Center (https://admin.teamflect.com/#/licenses). Here you can view:
