How to Update Your Credit Card and Billing Information

Learn how to update your credit card and billing information in Stripe through the Teamflect Admin Center to prevent payment interruptions.

Overview

If a payment fails or your credit card has expired, you can quickly update your payment method in Stripe via the Teamflect Admin Center > Licenses.


Updating your card ensures uninterrupted access to Teamflect’s modules and prevents service disruption for your users.

All billing and subscription data in Teamflect is securely processed through Stripe, our trusted payment provider.

1️⃣ Update Your Credit Card

  1. Open the Admin Center
    Log in to Teamflect and go to the Admin Center at https://admin.teamflect.com/.

  2. Navigate to Licenses
    From the menu on the left-hand side, click Licenses.

  3. Go to Billing Details
    Select Billing Details to view your current subscription information.

  4. Scroll to Payment Methods

    Scroll down until you see the Payment Methods section to update your credit card.

  5. Add a New Payment Method
    Click Add Payment Method.

  6. Enter Your Card Information
    Fill in your updated credit card details.

  7. Save Your Payment Method
    Once entered, click Add to save the new card.

Check the box “Use as default payment method” to make sure this card is automatically charged for every billing period.

Your new payment method will now be set up in Stripe and automatically used for your next invoice.

2️⃣ Update Your Billing Information

To update your billing email, address, phone number, or tax ID:

  1. Follow Steps 1–3 above.

  2. In the Stripe interface, find the Billing Information section.

  3. Click Update Information and make the necessary edits.

  4. Save your changes.
