How to Upload Attachments to Your Profile in Teamflect

Step-by-Step Guide to Adding Files to Your Teamflect Profile

Uploading documents to your Teamflect profile allows you to keep relevant files, like certifications, development plans, or review documents, in one place. These attachments are only visible to your managerial hierarchy and Teamflect admins.

Follow the steps below to upload files securely to your profile.

Step 1: Locate Your Profile Picture

You can find your profile picture at the top-right section app. Click on your profile picture.

Step 2: Access "My Profile"

Once you click on your Profile Photo, you'll see a drop-down menu, click on "My Profile":

Step 3: File Attachments in My Profile

If you scroll down your "My profile" section, you will find the section for Attachments. Here you will see the Attachments uploaded on your profile as well as the option to upload an attachment.

Step 4: Add Attachment

Under the "Attachments" section, you will see a button labeled "Upload attachment." Click on this button.

πŸ“Œ You can add documents in supported formats like .ppt, .pdf, .docx, .csv, .jpg, .png, .pptx, or .xlsx, as long as they don't exceed 5MB.

Step 5: Choose a File

A file explorer or picker will pop up. Browse your device to find the file you want to upload. Select the desired file.

Step 6: Upload

Once you've selected the file, the platform will begin uploading it. This might take a moment, depending on the file's size. Once the file has been uploaded it will appear on your profile.

Note: Keep in mind that any attached documents will only be accessible by your manager and the Teamflect administrators. Make sure you are uploading appropriate and relevant files.

  1. Documenting Employee Growth: Employees can upload development plans, certifications, or self-assessments for visibility during review cycles.

  2. Career Conversations: Managers can access the attached documents to prepare for 1-on-1s or career discussions.

  3. Onboarding & Training Records: HR can instruct new hires to upload onboarding checklists or completed training certificates directly to their profile.
