When you send a feedback request, it expires after 4 weeks by default. However, the expiration time of the feedback requests can be changed by Teamflect administrators using Teamflect's admin center. The minimum value that can be set is 1 week.
Feedback providers receive reminders two days before the expiration date.
If your company allows its end-users to change the feedback expiration date,
you will see an additional section where you can choose your desired date for the feedback expiration.
