Teamflect's "Ask for Feedback from External Users" feature allows users to request feedback from people outside of their organization. This can be useful when you want to gather feedback from clients, vendors, or other external parties.

Here's how to use the feature:

Step 1: Open the Teamflect app and find the Feedback module

To get started, open the Teamflect app and navigate to the Feedback module. This module allows you to manage all feedback-related activities, including requesting feedback from external users.

Step 2: Click the "New Feedback" button

Once you're in the Feedback module, click on the "New Feedback" button located on the right-hand side of the page.

Step 3: Select "Ask for feedback"

When the "New Feedback" window appears, select "Ask for feedback" as the type of feedback you want to request. You'll also need to decide who the feedback will be about. It may be about yourself or someone on your team.

Step 4: Select the person you will ask for feedback from

Next, enter the name of the individual from whom you'd like to request feedback. This person should be external to your organization.

Step 5: Pick a feedback template

To ensure that the feedback you receive is relevant and useful, you should select a feedback template that's appropriate for your needs.

If you don't see a template that fits your needs, you can create a new one by visiting your admin center.

Note: Only the Teamflect administrators of your organization are allowed to customize feedback templates.

Step 6: Type an optional message

If you'd like to include a message along with your feedback request, you can type it into the optional message field. This can be useful if you want to provide some context for the feedback request or explain why you're asking for feedback.

Step 7: Pick a due date

To ensure that you receive the feedback promptly, you should select a due date for the feedback request. This will help to ensure that the external party has enough time to provide feedback.

Step 8: Hit "Request"

Once you've completed all of the fields, click the "Request" button to send your feedback request to the external party.

Once they've provided their feedback, it will be available to you within the Feedback module under the ''Received'' tab.

And that's it! By following these simple steps, you can use Teamflect's "Ask for Feedback from External Users" feature to gather valuable feedback from people outside of your organization.
