Step 1
If you want to ask for feedback about yourself, open Teamflect's Feedback module by using the left navigation bar.
Step 2
Click the "New feedback" button located at the top right of the screen.
Step 3
When the pop-up window opens, select "Ask for feedback". Select "Myself" in the About section. Then select a feedback provider.
If you are a people manager, you can add your whole team with a single click.
Note: You can ask for external feedback from people who are outside your organization or you may select a user in your company who is not an active Teamflect user as well.
Step 3
Choose a feedback template, add an optional message, and click "Request."
If you want to see the questions that the feedback provider will fill, you can click "See questions" after you select the feedback template.
