With this button, as an Admin, you can configure the visibility of the feedback that managers ask for their direct reports. In normal conditions, managers can ask for private feedback about their direct reports from other people (internal or external), and managers’ direct reports are not allowed to view this private feedback.

But if you turn this button off, managers cannot ask for private feedback about their direct reports. Thus, feedback requests can be seen both by the manager and their direct report.

When allowed:

When not allowed:

To give this permission please go to Teamflect Admin Center https://admin.teamflect.com

Find "Modules" on the left navigation bar and click the "Feedback" tab.

Turn on the "Allow managers to request private feedback about their direct reports" option to allow managers to ask for private feedback about their direct reports.

When disabled, users will no longer see the "Feedback Results are only visible to me" option when they ask for feedback about their direct reports.
