You can edit the goal check-in frequency via Teamflect and choose the intervals at which you want to send the goal check-in cards to the people in your company.

Setting the Goal Check-In Frequency

Step 1

To make these adjustments, click on the "Admin Center" button at the top right corner of Teamflect.

Step 2

Find "Modules" on the left navigation bar and click the "Goals" tab.

Step 3

Click on the "Goal update reminders" button on the top of the page.

Step 4

The pop-up will appear and you can toggle on Send automated goal progress update reminders.

Step 5

In the same pop up, you can specify how often the goal check-in cards will be sent. For example, you can choose “every 2 weeks.”

After you choose the interval, you can select the starting date of the goal check-in cards.

Step 6

You can then set which days of the week and at what time these cards will be sent.

Step 7

After making the adjustments, you can click “Save” to save these settings.

Beneficial Use Cases for Customizing Goal Check‑In Frequency

  • Align with team cadences: Set check‑in intervals that match your team’s workflow—weekly, biweekly, or monthly—to stay aligned with sprint cycles or project timelines.

  • Adapt to organizational needs: Adjust frequency based on departmental requirements, ensuring dynamic teams receive more frequent updates while others check in less often.

  • Optimize engagement: Customize timing and frequency to suit different time zones or work patterns, making reminders more relevant and effective.
