Teamflect’s “Summarize Feedback with AI” feature allows users to quickly turn multiple feedback entries into a concise, readable summary. Whether you're reviewing feedback you've received or analyzing input given to your team members, this tool simplifies the process and saves time.
In this article, we’ll walk through two ways to use this feature.
Summarizing Feedback Received by an Employee
In many cases, employees receive feedback from multiple coworkers, managers, or direct reports, and it can be time-consuming for a manager or admin to review each entry in detail. The 'Summarize with AI' feature simplifies this process by providing a concise overview of all feedback, saving time and highlighting key insights at a glance.
Step 1
Option 1: Go to your homepage and click on the "My Team" section. Then select the relevant team member and open their profile.
Option 2: If your organization has enabled the User Search feature in the Admin Center, you can also use the search bar in the sidebar to find and select a team member quickly.

Scroll to the Feedback section. Click the “Summarize with AI” button.
Step 3
Adjust the date range, filter by feedback templates if needed, and choose which entries to include or exclude.
Click "Summarize" to generate a summary of the selected feedback entries.
Note: You can always go back and adjust the settings to ensure that everything's in the right place.
Summarizing Feedback You’ve Received

Step 1
Open the Feedback module and click on the Received tab.
Select “Summarize with AI.”
